After several years as an event and corporate communications specialist at BASF SE as well as within the Volkswagen Group, Claudia Aryus is now supporting SEAT S. A. and CUPRA to become a value-driven company. As Product Owner Agile Transformation, she builds up the Agile Center of Excellence at SEAT IT to consequently accelerate cultural change as well as implementing agile tools and frameworks across the company. Before that, she facilitated the transformation program at AUDI IT and collected experiences as Top Management Assistant at Volkswagen Group IT.
She studied Media Management in Mittweida and holds an MBA in Communication and Leadership.
