About Luis:
Planning and Budget Analyst, he was the Modernization Director, starting the innovation movement in the public sector, with the creation of the InvovaGov Network. Master in Information Technology Management from Universidade Católica de Brasília and Fundação Getúlio Vargas. Graduated in Computer Science from the Federal University of Santa Maria. He directed the Department of People Management Systems and coordinated the IT of the Ministry of Communications.
