Mike provides the Digital Strategy and leads the team of Product Owners, UI/UX, Channel Operations, Digital Literacy and Digital Analytics Subject Matter Experts to deliver Web and native App Experiences to support Amway Business Owners and their customers engage with Amway and purchase products.
