Sudhanshu has over 12 years of banking experience working with large banks such as HSBC, RBS and ING; he has lived and worked in multiple countries namely India, United Kingdom and The Netherlands.
His experience includes but not limited to COBOL programming a payment processing engine on mainframe for Payments and Cash Management to owning several technology products (both in-house and off the shelf) for Credit Risk and Lending domain; and managing programs to implement operational excellence across end to end business processes by either eliminating, automating or migrating work towards Global Shared Service Operations Centers.
Currently, Sudhanshu is leading the Center of Expertise for Robotics and Intelligent Automation at ING Wholesale Banking.
He truly believes in zero-waste, be it time, money or efforts; thus a huge promoter of technology that helps take a robot out of human!
His passion lies in making work in the organizations smarter and creative for people to stay engaged and deliver a differentiating customer experience to clients.
Sudhanshu is a constant learner with never settle down attitude; he enjoys dreaming and working hard to achieve them. He has an Executive MBA from Rotterdam School of Management, Class of 2017.
