Emma has spent her whole career in digital, working in its various guises for over 20 years, spanning marketing, service design, games and software, developing a wide range of skills. She has worked with BBC, Channel 4, NHS, The Design Council, P&G, Gatwick Airport, and many more familiar names. Emma is now head of the Innovation Lab at NHSX, testing out disruptive technology to seed innovation across the NHS.
