CIO for Renault do Brasil, responsible for buy, build, manage and operate Information Technology, Information Systems, Enterprise Data Management, Information Security, Digital Workplace and Digital Transformation across the company.
Reporting directly to America´s CIO and functionally to Brazil CEO, where I’m part of Renault do Brasil Executive Committee. Leading the Brazilian IS/IT team on strategic decisions, collaborating on Cultural transformation, with focus on Operational Excellence and driving our Customers to the next level of experience thru innovation, improving Renault do Brasil services and products, as well as to advise on the Digital Transformation journey.
Managing a budget of 7 MEUR, our ambition is to drive Renault do Brasil to be a Digital Automotive company by enabling digital capabilities adoption across all business functions from design, Research & Development, Engineering, Manufacturing, Quality, Supply Chain, Marketing, Sales, Auto Financing, After Sales and Service and Connected Mobility Services. The strategy includes managing the supplier mix, scope and ratio, building the workforce of the future and developing innovative key competencies through the organization.
