About Rosa:
An IT leader with over 29 years of strong experience in developing IT strategy and managing Information Technology operations in several sectors: pharmaceutical chemistry, technical Innovation companies and for the last 13 years, working within NGO’s. These roles have all had a major component and objective of delivering value to the organization. I am a strong believer and practitioner of first creating strategies and then designing the rollout of roadmaps to meet and exceed business goals. I have specific experience in implementing shared services in an international and network setting. I am committed to innovation and digital transformation and have a passion for technology-enabled business. I am currently the person in charge of a large-scope project implementation involving ERPs, CRMs, HR, BI systems and Digital platforms from different vendors.
